【摘要】：枸杞具有"除烦益志,补五劳七伤,壮心气,除热毒,散疮肿,除风明目"之功效.现代临床医学研究表明,枸杞具有调节免疫、抑制肿瘤、延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、降血脂、降血糖、抗疲劳增加造血功能和抗脂肪肝等作用.本实验通过有机溶剂进行提取,制得枸杞色素的粗提取品.试验结果表明,用氧化铝主层析对粗品进行纯化,用石油醚能有效洗脱粗品中的脂溶性杂质,再用石油醚-丙酮（体积比10：1）为洗脱液可有效洗脱得到类胡萝卜素,采用薄层色谱法（TLC法）、高效液相色谱法（HPLC法）法测定,β-胡萝卜素、类胡萝卜素的纯度可高达78%
