there are two types of student hall ,catered and self-catered,as its name indicates,the former provides foods while the other one doesn't.self catered student flat can be divided into shared-kitchen,shared bathroom and kitchen or share-nothing(studio)(en-suite).
outside school:there are house and apartment.house can be student house(low quality) or normal house,usually there will be 1 or 2 gardens with houses.flat and apartment is more usual in the city center area,higher quality,more like those people live in china.
