Also,the front rubber bumper 16-4141 replacements that you have shipped still show the same fronts are shiny and do not have the same texture they had before.
This is a new lot of 1000 that received from CTS.There is also a big circle between the eyes above the nose bridge and on the back in the same location there is a tear drop that I have never seen before that is raised that needs to be lowered so the vhb tape will work properly,Also the bars in the back seem to be cut.Take a look at the attached photos and you will see that these parts look terrible.
Why is this happening again and why was it not caught by your QA group in China.This is a problem that HAS to be stopped.The rear bumpers look okay but I need a solution to this problem.

你送来的前保险杠替换件还是有同样的反光问题,而且质感也跟原先的不一样.
这是从cts（卡迪拉克?）新发来的1000个.在鼻梁之上眼之间的位置上还是有环状物.而且背面同样的位置有我以前没见过的表面滴斑（可能是前后挡风玻璃有问题）,这个滴斑需要处理一下这样压敏胶才能正常起作用.而且背部的bars（）看起来被切了.看看附上的照片,你就会发现这部分是多么的糟糕.
为什么这一切又发生了,却没有被中国的质量监管部分发现呢?这些问题必须立刻停止.后保险杠看起来还比较正常,但是关于这个问题我需要一个答案.
