Because I am not familiar with the detailed process,I accepted the advise from my tutor to send my resume to prefessors as many as possible in order to win more possibility to be accepted.
I did not know much details of the application process. I adopted my advisor's suggestion to write to as many professors as I could. By doing so, I would be more widely expose myself and hopefully having more chance to be accepted.
