1.Each Party undertakes with the other that it shall during the performance of this Agreement keep and it shall procure that its respective directors and employees keep secret and confidential all Confidential Information relative to ANY information relative to the Products which in both cases has been communicated to it by the other under or in respect of this Agreement or acquired from the other as a result of this Agreement.
