I'm sorry for hearing that you are always feel upwell and can be got sick easily.I know the feeling not good,as I have that experience too.
I got some suggestions for you.The most important thing is keep a balanced diet.For example,eating more vegetable and less meat.Giving up junk food and only eat healthy food is also very important,especially when you feel sick.Another suggestion for you is doing more exercises.I alway take a walk after meals so that I can keep good healthy both physically and mentally.Third,you should get enough sleep.You should keep in mind that human being need at least 8 hours of sleeping to keep healthy.At last,I think a good mood can help you feel better.Try your best to keep happy and think optimistically.
