I think the real joy comes from the insight of pain, because there is no pain in life is not to feel happy, we only have the right face it, analyze it sensibly, certainly should certainly be negative to negative.

只有这样我们才能学会放弃,才懂得珍惜,才能记住该记的,忘记该忘记的,才能剖析人生中的痛苦,让它成为你人生的一种财富、一段经历、一份回忆、一种领悟而不是痛苦.

这样我们就能坦然直视过去,坦荡人生,快意人生,无悔人生,人生才有真正的快乐,而不是逃避和掩饰,更不是强作欢颜.,因为我相信,人生是要我们面对的,不是逃避的,我们可以伤心但决不能沉溺和逃避.

The pressure of studing makes me nurse and painful. Maybe it is truth that every student must face to one's study and get progress on it. But in other words , everyone must experience who's learning life. It's just a piece of jorney during our life. Otherwise, we have lots of beautiful precious in our life. Just as the priendship, the relationship , the care comes between them just as the valuable diamond. It can worm us and give us power to go on our living trip. So we should be satisfied and happy.
