Sports and Health

My name is Lin Tao. I'm from Class 1, Grade Three.

I think sports are very good for our health and study. I have kept doing exercise for a long time. Several months ago, I was weak in health. I often had a cold. So I went to the Physical Training Centre every week. There I joined in swimming, playing basketball and some other sports. Now I'm feeling much better than before. I'm very energetic. Good health makes me study better now. I hope other students should keep taking exercise every day. Start right now!

During the summer holiday of 2009, I found a job in a restaurant. I washed the dishes and cleaned the room for the restaurant. I worked 7 hours a day for four weeks. It was really a hard boring job. Sometimes I even wanted to give it up but I kept on working. I was very tired after four weeks’ hard work. At last I got 200 yuan.

Now I understand what labor means. It is a very special experience for me, which makes me understand how hard it is to make money. We should value the money that our parents give us. Whenever I think of buying books with my own money, I am very proud of myself.

Dear students,

In some parts of our coountry,there are many children out of school.They are too poor to go to school.At the same time,they don’t  have school things and clothes.In my opinion,each child should have the right to go to school,but there are few chances for the poor children. So we should help them as possible as we can, just like giving them school things, clothes and so on. We hope they will enjoy the same chance of getting knowledge as we do in the school.

How to Get on Well with My Parents?
Like a lot of middle school students ,I have a problem.I don’t get on well with my parents.
I really want to be my parents’ little boy(girl).But it feels like they just don’t believe me .One day,when I got home,I saw my mother was reading my diary.I said nothing,but I was very angry .From then on ,I didn’t like talking with my parents much.I wasn’t happy at home.
Here are some ways to get on well with my parents. First, we should respect each other;second , we should talk to each other and we may often go out for a walk together and so on.
